  6. Make ready as needed oil to grease idli mould

  3. Put steamer with water on flame and let water boil.Now grease idli plates.Sprinkle eno fruit salt over curd mixture and sprinkle few drops of water on Eno.Whisk it nicely.Pour in idli plates.
  4. Steam idlis in steamer for 10 mins.C heck after 10 mins,remove idlis carefully and serve with coconut dhania chutney or any chutney of ur choice.
