  10. Make ready 1 cupful Vegetables *e.g. Carrot, Boy Choy, Cabbage, Won Bok, Shiitake, Bamboo Shoot, Onion, Broccoli, Capsicum, etc
  11. Take 1-2 teaspoons Sesame Oil OR Oil of your choice
  12. Get <Sauce>
  13. Take 2 cups Chicken Stock *OR 2 cups Water & 1-2 teaspoons Asian Chicken Bouillon Powder
  14. Make ready 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  15. Get 1 tablespoon Sake (Rice Wine) OR Shoasing Wine
  16. Take 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
  17. Make ready 2 tablespoons Potato Starch Flour OR Corn Starch Flour *mixed with 3 to 4 tablespoons Water
