Using a fine strainer drain the hot juice,and add 8 cup of water (i use cold)to the pulp gotten,use a whisker and whisk it for 2 min, u will see all the tamarind remaining will melt, drain again(i add little cold water more whisk again and sieve),then immediately add sugar,mix and taste the taste will be a bit too sour but yet sweet and the chilli feeling in your throat😂that is the perfect taste,i broke 3 sachet of ice into it(the ice melt and add more quantity 💃😂)
  3. Serve it chilled,normally the sugar shuld not be much and sour taste shuld not be much,u can balance it by adding more water if the need to,but i prefer mine sweet and sour at thesame time,and hey this is not just an ordinary drink is an immune booster,it help boost your metabolism and tamarind in some cases is use to lower down bood sugar, and some cases serves as a fat burner, when using it to lower blood sugar u dont add sugar rather
  4. R little honey, but ulcer patient are stricktly not allowed
