The ingredients needed to make Chicken pakora:
  1. Take Chicken marination
  2. Make ready half kg Boneless chicken (cut in thin cubes or strips as u like)
  3. Prepare 1tspn Lehsan adrk paste
  4. Make ready 1 /4rth tspn Namak
  5. Make ready half tspn Red chilli powder
  6. Take half tspn Red chilli flakes
  7. Prepare half tspn Dhania powder
  8. Take half tspn Pisa zeera
  9. Prepare 1/4rth tspn Haldi
  10. Take 2 to 3 tspn Dahi
  11. Get half tspn Chaat masala
  12. Take 1cup Bason for coating (quantity can b increase or decreasep)
  13. Get 1/4rth tspn Namak
  14. Make ready 1/4rth tspn Red chilli powder
  15. Make ready 2-3 Green chillies thinly sliced
  16. Take Pyaz thinly sliced one
  17. Take Hara dhania

Mix the chicken thigh pieces with minced ginger, chopped chilli, cumin ground coriander, dried coriander leaf, chilli flakes and ground fenugreek and marinate in the fridge.; Take the chicken out of the fridge and add salt, garlic salt, gram flour, cornflour and baking soda. Steps to make Chicken pakora:
  1. Chicken marination…..mix all the ingredients for marination in a bowl mix well and keep aside for atleast half hour
  2. Now mix the bason,lal mirch nmk,Hari mirch,dhania,pyaz in the marinated chicken
  3. Bason quantity can b increase or decrease according to consistency to make a perfect pakora mix not more thick not more thin
  4. Put a pan of oil on stove heat it extremely hot now add chicken cubes one by one once chicken added in oil now slow down the flame to medium slow and let it cool for 8 to 10 min from one side and 8 to 10 min from other side
  5. When next round of chicken is added oil should again b too hot so that bason can stick to chicken and then cook like before from both sides
  6. Tadaaa…… chicken pakora is ready to serve

For marination: To marinate the chicken, we will need red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, black pepper powder, ginger paste, garlic paste, salt, and lemon juice.
