  4. Crumble stock cube into the empty tin of tomatoes and half fill with water, mix until dissolved and add to the pan. bring to the boil, reduce to a simmer and leave for 10 minutes
  5. Roughly shred the basil and add. blend until smooth. season and serve
  6. I served with crusty bread and another drizzle of Worcester sauce
