  5. When the mixture start sticking to pan,add ghee to it. It will immediately release the ghee and will start leaving the pan
  6. NOTE- ONCE SUGAR AND MANGO PULP IS ADDED STIR CONTINOUSLY. MILK POWDER IS ALSO ADDED BT I HAVE NOT USED ANY SUCH THINGS AS I REQUIRE PURE HALWA OUT OF IT. U CAN Grease HAND AND CAN MAKE PEDAS OUT OF IT.CAN BE SERVED AS A PRASAD ALSO.AS THE MILK WILL BE BOILING MIX THE MALAI WITJ THE MILK ITSELF AS IT GIVES A CREAMY TEXTURE.
