Leave few peas and place the remaining in a mixing jar and grind them little coarsely.   2. Take all ingredients of paste and make fine paste.
  3. Heat oil in a wide and heavy bottom pan. Add the cauliflower florets and shallow fry them till golden brown. Now add chopped potatoes shallow fry them till golden brown.
  4. Now add vadis in oil. Shallow fry them till golden brown.
  5. In pan, add 1 teaspoon oil. Add green peas paste saute it for 10 minutes on low heat. Keep aside.
  6. Now in same pan add oil, asafoetida, jeera, bay leaves and onion. Saute it well.
  7. Add the ground paste in the pan and saute for about 2 minutes. Now add dhaniya powder, turmeric powder, black pepper powder and saute it.
  8. Now add potatoes, cauliflower, vadi, Green peas, salt and 5 cups of water Cook it for 10 minutes.
  9. For Tadka:-
  10. In pan heat ghee, dry red chilli add cloves. Now give Tadka on Nimona.
